Series of paintings "Great Artists" and "Great Musicians".

The paintings depict portraits of artists and musicians in a mosaic, pointillistic style using the “mosaic color painting” technique. Recognizable portraits win the sympathy of modern aesthetes around the world. These works were included in the main exhibitions of galleries in Berlin, London, Paris and were a great success with the audience.

The technique of creating mosaics is multi-stage. First, the artist applies the drawing with soft materials (pastel, charcoal, graphite); then performs acrylic (tempera) painting in accordance with the outline of the drawing; then small mosaic patterns are superimposed on the image, which are pieces of paper, matched in color and tone and multi-layered glued to each other under the influence of high temperature. Mosaic spots are combined into a composition corresponding to the previous pictorial solution. This is followed by high-temperature duplication of the entire mosaic onto canvas. As a result, images and faces appear one after another, as if reflected and multiplied in each other.
