Vasily Vlasov (born in 1953) is a member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (since 1991), a member of the Moscow Union of Artists (since 1992).

Graduated from Alma-Ata Art College (1972), Moscow Polygraphic Institute (1982).
In 1982-1987 he taught at the Moscow Polygraphic Institute.
In 1988-1989 he was a scholarship holder of the Union of Artists of the USSR.
Active member of the Academy of Analytical Art.
Member of the Graphic Commission of the Union of Artists of Russia.
Member of the Board of the Book Section of the Moscow Union of Artists.
Curator of all-Russian and international exhibitions of the International Association "Artist's Book".
Publisher and editor of exhibition catalogs "Artist's Book".
Chairman of the public organization "Artist's Book".
Participant of more than 270 exhibitions.
