Elena Tolobova (born in 1975, Vitebsk, Belarus) is an artist from Vitebsk.

She studied at the Department of Design and Fashion of the Vitebsk State Technological University. Scholarship holder of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Poland "Gaude Polonia". Currently Associate Professor at the Department of Design and Fashion, EE VSTU. Member of the Belarusian Union of Artists.
She is a participant in many city, republican, international exhibitions and plein airs, author of solo projects "Silver Stone" (Germany, 2014), "Cosmogony" (Belarus, 2014), "NEFT_L" (Belarus, 2016, 2018), "Schwarz-Weiß- Code" (Germany, 2017), "Das Kleine Leben" (Germany, 2018).
Being a supporter of exquisite coloristic economy, he resorts to color only as an additional source of expression, concentrates on the monochrome solution of the picture plane, drawing the attention of the viewer, provoking an intellectual comprehension of what he saw. In terms of performance technique, it belongs to the graphic presentation of the idea, operating with the categories of “lines” and “spots” in the variety of their relationships.
