Natalia L Rudychev is an award-winning New York and Paris based photographer, multidisciplinary artist (writer, performer, print maker) and curator.

She is best known for her work with the aesthetics of wabi-sabi.
Natalia’s work has been exhibited in New York at Foley Gallery, Soho Photo Gallery, Culture Lab LIC, Westbeth Art Gallery, Brooklyn Art Cave, Cargo Project Gallery, as well as in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, Portland and internationally in Berlin, Barcelona, Glasgow and Tokyo where her work on sustainability was awarded the Bronze Prize.
Her work is in the public collections of the California State Library, Haiku Literature Museum in Japan and Duquesne University Library. Her haiku photo books have been awarded. She is a Fulbright Scholar, a member of The Photo Group, a poet, a dancer, and studied Philosophy of Art in the PHD program at Duquesne University.

“Growing Together” print series communicate diverse interconnections between humans and the environment. The hands in the midst, touching and shaping leaves symbolize dynamic ways in which we impact the world around us. The leaves surrounding and printed on hands as well as arranged to represent real and imaginary creatures symbolize how nature affects our emotional, physical, and social well-being.
The images of hands are created by running the ink through handmade serigraphic stencils. The impressions of leaves are unique mono prints of plants collected in urban parks. Merging printing techniques produces unpredictable results reflective of the complex human-nature interactions.
