Evgeny Rastorguev (1920-2009) - famous Soviet and Russian artist, Honored Artist of Russia, member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (1953), painter, graphic illustrator, sculptor and ceramicist. Member of the Writers' Union.
Graduated from the Surikov Institute, painting department, workshop of S.V. Gerasimov.
