Victor Kulbak (b. 1946) is a French artist of Russian origin.

In 1976 Victor Kulbak emigrated to Paris. Since then, 25 of his solo exhibitions have taken place: France, Italy, Japan, Canada, Belgium, the United States of America, Great Britain, Germany, Malta. His works were also shown at a large number of collective exhibitions and salons, among which it is important to note "La Biennale di Venezia" (Venice, Italy, 1977), "Grands et Jeunes d'aujourd'hui" (Paris, France, 1974-1984), "Silver Point in America" (Florida, Arkansas, Massachusetts, USA, 1982), "Art Albertina" (Vienna, Austria, 2009).

Since 2000, Kulbak has been living and working in Malta.
