Alexander Buganin (born in 1957, Ufa) is a member of the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation (since 1993).

Since 1996 he has been living and working in Moscow. Special education: KhGF of the Magnitogorsk State Pedagogical Institute (now - Magnitogorsk State University; 1988). Since 1984 - participant of republican, zonal, all-Russian and foreign exhibitions.
