Evgeny Utkin (born in 1981, Ferghana) is an artist-painter, a member of the Union of Artists of Russia (since 2010).

Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design of Togliatti State University (2006).
Participant of more than 100 international, All-Russian, interregional, regional and city exhibitions. Participant of the All-Russian plein-airs: "Portrait of a veteran" for the 65th anniversary of victory in the Great Patriotic War, Samara region (2010,2011), "Native Expanses", Samara region (2010).
His works are kept in museum, corporate and private collections.
