Oksana Mitrofanova (born in 1982) is a watercolor artist working professionally since 2012.

She is known for her large-scale watercolor peonies, characterized by delicacy, depth, and expressive color transitions.

Alongside her artistic practice, Oksana has extensive experience in art education. She has taught watercolor painting for many years, founded her own online art school, and created a creative club uniting artists from different countries.

Her work has been presented in solo exhibitions and selected group watercolor exhibitions. Through her art and teaching, Oksana continues to explore the expressive possibilities of watercolor and to share her passion for the medium with a wide international audience.
