Eric Pottier
Eric Pottier (born in 1966) – sculptor.
Éric Pottier was fascinated from a young age by conceptual art, particularly the work of Yves Klein and Marcel Duchamp, as well as by Surrealism, particularly that of René Magritte.
His work is listed on the Drouot auction house.
His early works were influenced by industrial materials.
The sculptures of this sensitive artist are at once provocative, expressive, and poetic.
With his renowned series, “Anna’s Chronicles,” he explores the aesthetics of the object and its universality.
The sculptor presents an avant-garde idea in which the apple becomes his medium of expression.
He positions himself as a simple observer of our world, transporting us to a universe of dreams and utopia.
