Clement Mohale (b.1994) is a South African contemporary mixed-media artist from Bela-Bela, Limpopo. His practice, inspired by lived experiences, explores themes of memory, identity, resilience, and the human condition. He often paints figures in blue monochrome, a signature element that conveys depth, emotion, and resilience, contrasted against vivid and textured backgrounds. Working with charcoals, pastels, acrylics, and oils, his bold brushstrokes create striking and thought-provoking compositions.

Mohale’s work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, with collections in the U.S., Switzerland, Germany, France, and the UK. His exhibitions include The Creative Adult is the One Who Survived (2020, NWU Gallery) and Shattered Ceilings (2021, The Pencil Club). He has also been a finalist in the Lockdown Collection Portfolio (2020) and The Green Recovery Portfolio (2020).
