Anna Pepe (born in 1984) is a Tbilisi-based contemporary artist working across a range of media, including painting, drawing, and print-making. She creates bold and powerful abstract artworks, inspired by the beauty of recurring lines and feminine forms.

The central theme of Anna’s work is the phenomenon of the female gaze. She develops the idea of females representing and interpreting femininity. Throughout art history, it has been rare to find depictions of the female form by female artists. Instead, women are often seen and depicted through the male gaze. Hence, it is of utmost importance that female artists continue to explore what is authentically theirs.
