At ART MOST, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as delivered
- Item must be in original, undamaged packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds
- If the item was a gift, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return
How to Return an Item
- Email us at art@artmost.store with your order number and reason for return
- Package the item securely in the original packaging if possible
- Ship the item to the following address: (return address)
- Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation
Refund Process
- We will inspect the returned item upon receipt
- You will be notified by email once we have processed your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or personalized artwork
- Digital downloads and prints
- Fragile or perishable items
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been damaged after delivery or show signs of wear.
