As a rule, moderation takes between 2 and 10 days. However, there are exceptions when moderation may take less or more time.
This directly depends on how carefully and accurately the artist has filled in the information about themselves and their works. All works are checked by an expert (in some cases, several experts) from Art Most.
Main list of reasons for re-moderation:
Failed moderation: In case of rejection of the questionnaire/work (due to violations, errors, non-compliance with photo requirements, etc.). After correction, it is necessary to re-check.
CHANGES: Any changes to an artist's already approved profile and/or painting card. We trust artists, but we are obliged to ensure that Art Most remains a comfortable platform without negativity and in full compliance with all laws.
Re-moderation also takes 2-10 days. Therefore, we recommend that you fill in all the information carefully the first time.
We only consider artists who have more than 10 complete artworks. This is how you confirm your professionalism.
The artwork will not pass moderation if:
Absolutely all questions related to the work of the Artist Cabinet are resolved through the support service, which is located in the Artist Cabinet itself. Letters with questions about the work of the Artist Cabinet sent to any email address will not be considered.
Be sure to send information about sold artworks, changes in personal or contact details (e.g., change of name or phone number), or questions about the website in general to art@artmost.store. Problems and questions related to your personal account should be sent to the support service.
The subject line of the email should read "AC Last Name First Name," where Last Name and First Name are the artist's last name and first name.
Your letter will not be answered if you:
Have you read the "Frequently Asked Questions about The Artist Cabinet (FAQ)" and the instructions directly in your Artist Cabinet, carefully filled out everything, and followed all the rules, but still can't get it to work? Did you contact the support service, but they couldn't help you either? Then write to us at art@artmost.store.
The subject line of the email should read "Difficulties with the Artist Cabinet." You will also need to provide screenshots (or photos of the screen) showing exactly what went wrong and a detailed description of the problem.
This option is suitable for collectors and galleries who want to list artworks by several artists.
For antique Artworks, the commission ranges from 15 to 25%, depending on the artist.
