Vladimir Vinokur (1927-2017) - painter, graphic artist.

He studied at the art school (1939-1946) and the Moscow State Institute named after V.I. Surikov (1946-1952). Since 1950s illustrated children's books. Participant of exhibitions since 1952. The artist's works are in many regional museums, as well as in private collections.
