Ivan Shkatov (creative pseudonym - Miln) is a contemporary artist, a member of the International League of Artists, a member of the Latvian Designers Union (since 1990).

Graduated from the Moscow Textile Institute. A.M. Kosygin, Faculty of Applied Arts (1986). Then he left for Latvia, where he graduated from the Latvian Art Academy, design department. Worked in India for 3 years. Taught at various institutes for the last 10 years.
The artist's works are in private collections in many countries around the world. The Russian Museum is negotiating the purchase of his works.
