Kuts Vladimir
Pope John Paul II highly appreciated the fine arts of Vladimir Kuts. One of his paintings took pride of place in the personal collection of the Pope next to the masterpieces of Titian, Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, etc.
For his contribution to world culture, the artist was awarded the title of Knight of the Commander's Cross of the Order of St. Stanislaus. It should be noted that the famous marine painter Aivazovsky was awarded the same order. The Order of St. Stanislaus is one of the most prestigious international awards with almost 250 years of history, highly respected throughout the world. It was awarded to prominent figures of the past, and its commanders were kings and emperors. Currently, this award is received by cultural figures, scientists, heads of state, heads of government, military leaders, outstanding doctors, representatives of the financial and business elite, as well as public figures.
The artist's paintings are presented in private and museum collections in Ukraine, Russia, Great Britain, Japan, Italy, Germany, Bulgaria, Holland, Austria and the USA.
