Irina Kruglova (born in 1981 in Lithuania).
Graduated from the College of Culture, department of designer, where the main emphasis is placed on easel painting and drawing.
The range of Irina's work is diverse: psychological portraits, still lifes, nudes, urban landscapes, and genre paintings, giving ground for reflection on the simple and sometimes dramatic life of people and animals.
Since 2010 Irina starts a series of genre paintings, in which she conveys her own experiences of the quiet and humble life of an abandoned town, where she happened to live after the beautiful, exquisite Kaunas.
The artist is interested not only in the outwardly attractive side of life, which everyone strives for in our turbulent age, but also in the unremarkable nooks and crannies, where the beat of life pulsates.
