Alfiya Korchagina (b. 1981, Ufa) is a painter from Ufa, represented on the world art scene under the pseudonym Alfia Koral.
During her school years, Alfiya Korchagina received a humanitarian education, graduating from a language gymnasium, art and music school. Nevertheless, Alfiya received her higher education in the technical field as an engineer of telecommunication systems, as well as a second higher education in the field of economics and management.
Such a versatile education formed a broad outlook, the ability to look at things from different points of view, which influenced the philosophical position and creative self-realization of the artist.
In parallel, Alfiya Korchagina continued her art education, studying academic painting and drawing under the programs of the leading art universities of St. Petersburg, under the guidance of professional artists and teachers, paying special attention to the technology of oil painting, the techniques and secrets of painting by the Old Masters of Holland and Italy.
Alfiya Korchagina works with the legacy of the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist artists, rethinking it in the context of modern reality and synthesizing it with the painting techniques of the Old Masters.

Actively exhibits and participates in creative competitions and festivals since 2017, winning prizes.
