Frank Horvart
Frank Horvart (1928-2020) - Italian photographer. Worked in fashion magazines and advertising campaigns.
His photographs are featured in many magazines: Jardin des Modes, Elle, Glamour, Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, German Revue, Parisian L’Officiel and many others.
In addition, Horvart collaborated with designers Coco Chanel and Givenchy. His photographs capture the life of the famous Parisian nightclubs Le Sphynx and Crazy Horse, as well as the famous areas of the Champs Elysees, Gare Saint-Lazare and Quai du Louvre.
To create his photographs, Horvart used a 35mm camera and other reportage equipment. This was the reason that Horvath became the founder of a new style that had a strong influence on the development of modern photography in Europe and the USA.
He has organized more than forty personal exhibitions and published more than twenty books.
