Vladimir Basinsky (born in 1959) – the artist whose works is in private collections in Belgium, Germany, England, Portugal, Sweden, Italy, USA, Canada, France, Estonia.

Participant of personal, zonal and regional exhibitions in Porto (Portugal), Bern (Switzerland), Luleå (Sweden), Moscow.

Graduated from the graphic arts faculty of the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute (1986). Over the years, he taught at the Architectural Institute, at the art graph of the Leningrad State Pedagogical Institute. Currently teaching a painting course for adults.
