Alberto Moran Socorro (born 1981, Havana, Cuba) is an artist and illustrator. Lives in Moscow.
Graduated from the National Academy of Fine Arts of San Alejandro (2001).
He belonged to the group of artists Arte Marismas in Spain. Currently works in the style of postmodernism and expressionism. Many works are devoted to the topic of migration, national and other topical issues that concern the artist.
Participant of numerous exhibitions. He did illustrations for the Cuban magazine The Golden Age. (1999).
The artist's works are in the collection of the Cuban Institute for the Friendship of Peoples (ICAP) in Havana, Cuba, at the Catholic School of Bethlehem, Miami, Florida. Private collectors own works by Alberto Moran in Cuba, Mexico, the USA, France, Finland, Denmark, Italy, Turkey, Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The painting "Portrait of Eloi Alfaro" is in the Office of the President of Ecuador, and a copy of it is in the Cuban Embassy in Ecuador.
