Sergey Mogilevsky (born in 1959).

He began painting and drawing since 1975 in the "Creative Studio". After graduation he worked as a decorative artist.
From 1977 to 1981 studied at the State Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Art and Graphic Arts, Department of "Drawing and Painting".
