Minnebaev Rinat (born 1964) graduated from the Art and Graphic Faculty of BSPU. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia (since 1995), Honored Artist of the Republics of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, author of unique works made of concrete depicting the city from a bird's-eye view. His creative assets include many exhibitions. Currently, he is actively engaged in teaching.
