Igor Mikhailenko (born in 1969) is a member of the Union of Artists of Russia and the International Association of Fine Arts (AIAP UNESCO).

He graduated from the Krasnodar Art School (1988).
In 1992, he joined the youth department of the Union of Artists of Russia. In 1998-2006, he was the chairman of the Krasnodar youth branch of the Union of Artists of Russia.
For his achievements in the field of art, he received the silver medal of the Russian Academy of Arts in 2009, and the gold medal of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia in 2010.
He has been exhibiting since 1990. He has participated in more than forty exhibitions in Russia and abroad.
The works are kept in the collections of the Krasnodar Art Museum of Fine Arts named after F. A. Kovalenko, the Krasnodar Regional Exhibition Hall of Fine Arts, the Erarta Museum of Modern Art, St. Petersburg, as well as in private collections in Russia, the United States, Israel, Lebanon and Germany.
