Vladimir Lagun was born 1922. He studied at Kharkov Art College (1946-49), graduated from Minsk Art Academy 1966, teachers: A. Mazalev, I. Akhramchik, Kh. Livshyts. Since 1954 he takes part in art exhibitions. The works are kept in National Art Museum of Belarus. Since 1959 he is a member of Belarusian Union of Artist.
