Elza Kutlubaeva (born in 1977) is an artist from Ufa, a member of the TLC RB (since 2009).

Graduated from Children's Art School No. 2, Ufa (1986), RHGI them. K.A. Davletkildieva (1990), Ufa College of Arts (1993), Bashkir State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Art and Graphics (2005), Bashkir State University, Master of Cultural Studies (2020).
