Rasih Akhmetvaliev (born in 1956) - member of the Maison des Artistes, France (2002), member of the creative group "Inzer" (1989-1993), member of the creative association "Genghis Khan" (since 1990).
In 1991 he worked in the USA.
In 2002-2008 lived and worked in France (Honfleur, Paris), where he collaborated with the Bartoux gallery, since 2009 with the Visio dell`Arte gallery, Paris. In France, he participated in the Paris exhibitions "Autumn Salon", Carousel De Louvre, had permanent exhibitions in the galleries of Robert Barto: Paris, Honfleur, St. Paul Vence, Megeve, Courchevel.
He works in the technique of cubism, his style of work refers to figurative art. The main theme of his painting is female beauty, images of the artist's muse, courageous images of horsemen.
Rasikh Akhmetvaliev has been a participant of republican and all-Union art exhibitions since 1977.
The artist's paintings are kept in the State Tretyakov Gallery, in the State Art Museum named after. M. V. Nesterova (Ufa), Novosibirsk State Art Museum, Museum of Toulouse Lautrec (Paris, France), London Academy of Arts (England), MNK NCC Kazan, Miras Gallery (Ufa), in the art gallery "Academia" (Ufa), SNI "Ural" MK and NP RB (Ufa), in the Novosibirsk State Art Museum, the Foundation for the Support and Development of Scientific and Cultural Programs named after. Sh. Marjani, in many Russian and foreign private collections.

In 1981 he graduated from the art and graphic faculty of the Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after. I. Akmulla.

Honored Artist of the Republic of Belarus (2010). Member of the Union of Artists of the USSR and the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation (since 1992).
