Shamil Shaidullin (1947-2021) is an outstanding artist whose paintings are kept in private collections in Germany, Turkey, France and the USA.

He graduated from the Art School, the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin, and completed his postgraduate studies at the Russian Academy of Arts.

From 1980 until the end of his life, he participated in international exhibitions and held 11 large-scale solo exhibitions.

For outstanding achievements in the visual arts, he was repeatedly awarded gold medals of the Russian Academy of Arts and the Union of Artists of the Russian Federation.

Shamil Shaidullin is one of the greatest painters of our time, a master of national significance, whose creative principles embody not only the main trends in the art of the 20th and early 21st centuries, but also the ideas of a new era and a new time.
The last twenty years have been devoted to understanding the history of art, in particular, the legacy of the titans of the Russian avant-garde – Kandinsky, Malevich, Filonov.
